Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D event designs based on client briefs and concepts
• Develop stage designs, layouts, stalls, branding elements, and spatial visuals for various event formats
• Translate concepts into technical drawings and realistic 3D renders for client presentations and internal planning
• Work closely with production and client servicing teams to ensure designs are feasible and execution-ready
• Make revisions based on client feedback while maintaining creative quality and timelines
• Ensure design outputs align with brand guidelines, event objectives, and budget considerations
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and event innovations to keep concepts fresh and impactful

Requirements :

• 5–8 years of experience as an Event Designer or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and other relevant 2D design software
• Solid understanding of event spaces, structures, materials, and production constraints
• Strong creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and work within tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Compensation Package (Indicative):

• CTC: ₹8–12 LPA
• Final package will be based on experience, skill set, and portfolio quality
