Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients
    • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business
  • Project & Event Management:
    • Understand client objectives and translate them into creative event concepts
    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) for seamless execution
    • Oversee event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell event solutions to existing accounts
    • Proactively pitch innovative ideas to enhance client engagement
    • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities
  • Strategic Planning & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed client records, proposals, and reports
    • Provide regular updates on project status, budgets, and ROI metrics

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or event management
  • Proven ability to handle large corporate clients and complex projects
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus

Compensation Package (Indicative):

  • CTC: ₹3–8 LPA
