Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate clients
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring trust and repeat business
- Project & Event Management:
- Understand client objectives and translate them into creative event concepts
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) for seamless execution
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell event solutions to existing accounts
- Proactively pitch innovative ideas to enhance client engagement
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed client records, proposals, and reports
- Provide regular updates on project status, budgets, and ROI metrics
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in key account management, client servicing, or event management
- Proven ability to handle large corporate clients and complex projects
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of event management tools is a plus
Compensation Package (Indicative):
- CTC: ₹3–8 LPA
